The Cook Beaumont Hotel Group is a privately owned leading player in the hospitality industry known for our commitment to exceptional service and customer satisfaction. Our growing business operates a diverse portfolio of venues, each with its unique charm and customer base across Victoria and Queensland. Of these, a number of them are primarily accommodation properties, with further sites planned for 2025.
Who we are looking for:
We are seeking an enthusiastic, experienced, and adaptable Revenue Manager to join our team based in Victoria. Sitting within our senior leadership team, you will work in partnership with Venue Operators and our Operations Team to plan, develop, and execute commercial performance initiatives across our group of Hotels. You will be a strategic and analytical leader, with outstanding communication abilities and a keen eye for detail. The ideal candidate will have previous experience working in 3.5 star accommodation sites.

Key Responsibilities:
As the Revenue Manager, you will be responsible for maximising sales and profitability through effective revenue management initiatives across our accommodation portfolio. You will be responsible for the analysis and implementation of revenue strategies to maximise commercial performance.
This exciting role will be highly dynamic, requiring a degree of adaptability and the ability to respond to varying levels of activity planning and executional support required by various stakeholders. We are looking for a team player who understands the hospitality industry and accommodation landscape, who can partner with our venues to uncover opportunities for growth and execute effective and efficient activities.
• Manage rate strategies, including reviews and adjustments, ensuring alignment with market conditions and cyclic demands.
• Analyse sales data to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for revenue growth.
• Collaborate closely with Directors, Venue Managers and Marketing to maximize revenue.
• Communicate revenue management strategies to Venue Managers ensuring proper implementation and training.
• Tracking performance of revenue – monitor and evaluate yield management.
• Develop and implement revenue management policies and procedures for multiple venues.
• Provide strategic direction to third-party revenue and distribution contractors.
• Drive continuous improvement in data collection, analysis, and reporting processes.
• Develop and maintain reports to track key performance indicators (KPIs) for sales activities.
• Lead and mentor Venue Mangers with a collaborative approach.
Key requirements:
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data sets from various sources and provide actionable insights.
• Experience with accommodation forecasting and making strategic decisions
• Experience with property management systems such as RMS, GDS, OTA, and brand.com
• Lighthouse and AOT experience highly desirable.
• 3-5 years’ experience working in a similar revenue management environment.
• Strong conceptual abilities with a keen eye for detail.
