Embers on Anzac offers outdoor onsite ceremonies, gorgeous 4 and  4.5 STAR accommodation together with an exclusive reception venue hosting up to 100 guests seated banquet style and up to 200 guests cocktail style.

Food and Beverages

Beverage Package

To make your evening run as smoothly as possible we offer a tab system, whereby a set tab is arranged in advance.  Unfortunately we do not offer drinks packages as we do not believe they provide value for money.

Reception Menu

We understand the importance of choosing a reception menu that is best suited to your individual style.  All items, where possible, are sourced locally by one of our reputible caterers who offer cocktail, buffet and 3 or 4 course sit down menus.  Prices are available on application through your tailor made quote.

Guest Accommodation

Offering 56 studio, one and two bedroom suites along with 10 cabins all with rural views and in a quiet location, your guests are sure to find a range of accommodation to suit most tastes and budgets.

Pre-Wedding Celebrations

Family and friends travelling for your special day can relax and unwind without having to worry about the 'booze bus'.  The Blazing Stump Hotel next door can assist you with a private section of their beer garden for you to all relax and catch up before the big day or perhaps utilise their venue bewteen your wedding ceremony and reception.
