"TESTIMONIAL FOR THE ASHES ROOM In November 2009, we conducted training in Wodonga over three days. This training was for parents whose baby or child has died and who now want to support other newly bereaved parents in the Northern Region of Victoria. Due to the nature and size of the group, we needed to find a quiet, nurturing, intimate yet professional environment and we were fortunate to have been referred to the Blazing Stump Motel. They were able to offer their beautifully refurbished Ashes Room, which met all of our needs. The service provided to the Ashes Room and the way the room was presented each day was greatly appreciated. The food that was prepared and supplied by the catering staff at the Motel was exceptional – it was plentiful; offered quality and variety and catered for any special needs. At the end of the three days, all I could offer was praise and gratitude for the professional and sensitive manner in which our needs had been acknowledged and met. It was also helpful to be able to be accommodated at the motel and again the facility and service was excellent.
