As a proud member of Choice Hotels Australasia we pride ourselves on our 'Commitment to your Satisfaction'; If you are not satisfied with your accommodations or our service, please inform our front desk staff immediately to correct the situation. Smaller issues will be rectified, where possible, within a short time frame, larger issues may take a little longer but will be fixed as soon as possible.
Suggestions are always welcome for increasing our service and facilities and are kept on record to allow us to revisit all suggestions on a regular basis by way of property improvement.
