As well as relieving the stress of the day and relaxing muscles, time spent in the sauna can also help to flush toxins, cleanse the skin and burn calories. Hopefully afterwards you will also experience a calmer, deeper sleep due to the slow decline of endorphins in the body necessary to facilitate a good night’s rest.


Our sauna is open daily between 7am and 10pm and will leave you feeling rejuvenated.
